There was a girl, Lisa, needed a recommendation for med school, so
she took a job babysitting for a dean at her university. One letter from him
and she would be able to wherever she wanted. Lisa was dropped by her friend,
Kate, to the dean’s house and she asked Lisa if she was really sure about the
babysitting because the place was creepy. Lisa wanted Kate to stop talking like
that because she really need it. Moreover, she just sit around watching TV
while the kids were sleeping. Kate told Lisa that some kids could be a real
nightmare.
After saying goodbye to Kate, Lisa will to use the door phone but
she was barked by a dog. Got shocked by the dog, Lisa spilled her purse all
over the place. Lisa heard someone answered the door while she was prowling
around like a crazy woman.
Lisa then entered the house and told that she was the babysitter.
A woman was greeting Lisa from her back and it shocked her. The woman
asked if she was Lisa and told she was right on time. Lisa apologized and
explained that she was a little jumpy that night. The woman said she understood
it because the house could have that effect on people. She continued explain
that the twins Lisa would care were in bed already and hopefully Lisa would not
hear from them until morning.
Without noticing something, there were watched by someone behind a
monitor. It looked like there was a camera in the house.
The twin’s mom then said something to Lisa. She said that Libby
had a rare skin disease. It was nothing to be concerned about and she just did
not want Lisa to be surprised when she saw her. Lisa got it. The woman then
told Lisa that the number where she could reach them was on the coffee table in
the living room and then she went with her husband.
Before reading her book, Lisa decided to watch TV first in the
living room. Till the twins came and it made her shock. Maggie, Libby’s twin
sister, asked Lisa what was wrong. Libby replied Lisa was scared of her. That
was what was wrong!
Lisa told
Libby that they just gave her a fright, that’s all.
Maggie then told they wanted some hot chocolate but Libby said no
and told Maggie was lying. She said that they did not want any hot chocolate
and babysitter. Libby ordered Lisa to go. Lisa just said sorry to Libby that
they were stuck with her until tomorrow morning when their parents got home and
she offered to make her hot chocolate like what their mommy did. Lisa then went
to the kitchen to make the twin’s hot chocolate till she was shocked by a
ringing phone. When Lisa answered the phone, there was a man’s voice from the
line told Lisa to GET OUT.
The twins were laughing at lisa’s shock. Lisa just told it was
funny and gave them the hot chocolate so they would go to their bed.
Lisa still felt too wound to study and she played a puzzle till
she heard something broken. It was like the twins were running around upstairs
and when Lisa would check them, the twins throw marbles from the upstairs. It
forced Lisa to pick them one by one and put them in a bowl then.
Lisa went upstairs to make sure the twins got to bed but they
locked the door from the inside and kept the key in the hole. Lisa thought she
must find the way to get at it. She used a nail to push the key and a newspaper
to slide back and forth under the door and she succeed open the door. When she
opened the door, Lisa was shocked by mirror written GO AWAY on it. So Lisa
decided to put the mirror away before it broke and she incurred any more bad
luck.
Finish moving the mirror, Lisa entered the twins’ room and
reproved them if that was how they treat all their babysitters. Lisa said
she would clean up the mess and ordered the girls in bed in five minutes.
Maggie replies Lisa that the mirror incident was done by Nate, Libby’s
imaginary friend who lived in the closet. Libby was angry to Maggie because she
would make Nate mad. Lisa didn’t care whose imaginary friend Nate was and the
girl should go to bed soon.
Once again, there was somebody watched them behind a monitor.
Lisa continued her work by searching where the mirror came first
and put in back then. Actually, the girls took the mirror from their parent’s
bedroom and Lisa need to use hammer and nail to hang the mirror back on the
wall. She was like “mirror, mirror on the wall who’s the most raddest college
student of them all?” LOL. Lisa still had a work. She must clean up the broken
expensive plate hanged on the wall with glue. She thought she need to make good
impression on the Dean and his wife if she wanted that recommendation.
When Lisa opened the twin’s room to check them not up to any more
mischief, she was surprised there were some lizards run under her feet. Maggie
said that they were just playing with them and they usually didn’t run away
like that. Maggie said sorry and Libby said that Nate loved his lizards so they
should find them. Lisa answered she would go capture them and remained the
girls to go to bed and it was for the last time.
Lisa then made a net and caught the lizards one by one and took
them in a glass box. Because the girls seemed pretty worried about their
lizards, Lisa thought she better let them knew she found their lizards all so
they would go to sleep. But, the girls were gone and Lisa warned them that she
would call their parents
Lisa went to the living room to get their mom’s phone number
written on sticky notes on the table there. She got the line connected yet,
Lisa heard a sound of foot steps and she saw what was happened. The girls were
impossible and she found muddy boot prints on the carpet.
Lisa followed the muddy boot prints to a library and suddenly the
bookshelf just closed shut. So, she need to find the plans to this house. She
got the pass code and then the plans to the house. Lisa made herself sure that
those girls weren’t going to scare her anymore.
Lisa then heard the phone rang and when she picked it up, it was
the same man like the first time Lisa picked the phone in the house. The man
said Lisa not to try and find them. Lisa was angry and told the girls that was
not funny anymore and warned them she was coming after them. But she only got
the answer of DON’T TRY AND FIND THEM! Lisa started to worry but tried to calm
herself down by saying “it’s just the girls. It’s just the girls..”
Lisa entered the twins’ room and found an elevator there so she
should find a way to call the elevator. She started to search the
elevator key in the bedroom and then she opened the elevator.
The elevator took Lisa down to a weird place, part of the house.
Lisa called the girls and no answer. Someone was watching Lisa behind a
monitor. Lisa didn’t realize there was a man with glass would hit her by a
stick.
When she was conscious, Lisa found herself was handcuffed on a
chair. She thought she could picked the lock on those cuffs with a hairpin in her
pocket. The cuffs were unlocked. Because her hands were free, she could untie
the rest of her. Lisa wandered where she was and could not believe if the girls
did it to her.
She then walked entering a room like being used as surgery room.
The room was dark and Lisa should do something to get some light. Finish with
her work, Lisa found a wall behind a wheelchairs that looked pretty rotted
through. Lisa tried to rip out the plaster of the wall and take out those
bricks. She made a handmade drill and punched out those bricks.
The bricks were punched and it made a way to other bizarre part of
the house. Lisa entered the other room through the hole and it took her to a
room like being used for scientist. Lisa searched other way to get out of
the place and she found a door but it was locked. Then she found weird locking
mechanism with words of NO WAY OUT. She then found that the door key was
trapped in a tube. Beside the tube, there was a chess board and when Lisa
opened it, she saw so many weird items but there was something attracted Lisa
more. It was a video tape marked ‘Libby’. Lisa wandered what was happened and
went to find a VCR.
Finally Lisa could get the door key and find the way to a Video
Room. She found a busted video recorder and tried to fix it. She was done and
Lisa was going to watch that tape marked ‘Libby’. It was tape 3 of 5.
The video showed a man was doing an experiment. “Serum X86 is
finally ready for testing. It’s time for your treatment again” and it was
Libby. Libby screamed that it was burn. The man said, “If only I can get this
to work”.
Lisa was so surprised with what she saw. Lisa remembered
about a notebook and maybe it would shed some light on what was going on there.
So, she check a door with the turn wheel in the scientist’s office. The door
was taking Lisa to a way to a Holding Cell. Lisa found the notebook inside the
Holding Cell but she set off an alarm and the door locked shut and the ceiling
was lowering. Lisa screamed to get help. But nobody heard her so she need to
get a lock box by finding the right key quickly. She then got the second tape
and the key to open the locked door in a box in the center of the Holding Cell.
Lisa straight to the Video Room to watch the second tape. It was
the 1 tape of 5. It shown the upstairs in the main room of the house, the door
of twins’ bedroom, parents sleeping in their room, and then the playing girls.
Till the man entered the twins’ room. Lisa got more shocks.
Lisa searched the other tape in the workshop. The door was buckled
and she used a crowbar to pry it opened. She got the third tape in the Workshop
and then she watched it in the Video Room. It was tape 2 of 5. The scientist
man said, “It has to work this time. It has to! Dr. Nathan Haken, testing Serum
X92!” Dr. Haken did the testing Serum to Libby and it caused her screaming it
burns.
Lisa noticed there were five tapes and she had found three of
them. It meant she should find two more and she found it by checking a
box in the Video Room. Not think too long, Lisa straight to the video player to
watch what was inside the video. It was tape 4 of 5. It showed Dr. Haken with
his experiments used a monkey. “I only end up with enough serum for one test.
Dr. Nathan Haken, testing Serum X79” he said. When he injected the serum to the
monkey lying on a surgery table, the monkey screamed. “Again only a partial
success. What am I missing?” Dr. Haken talked to his journal note.
Lisa could not believe that Dr. Haken just brought the monkey back
to life. Lisa saw another door in the Video Room and she checked it in order to
find the last video. The door opened and it took Lisa to The Animal Testing
Room. But Lisa was trapped again and should finish a puzzled to open another
door. The door opened and it took her to a Laboratory. There was a pink blanket
usually used for a kid on a chair in the Laboratory. Lisa found the last tape
under a table near the chair covered by pink blanket.
Lisa backed to the Video Room and watched the last tape. It was
tape 5 of 5. The tape showed Maggie was running after Libby from the upstairs.
And then, Libby was fallen from the upstairs. Maggie watched Libby lying in
front of her. Then, Dr. Haken came from the upstairs and he took Libby on his
hand.
Lisa was so surprised with what she had known that Dr. Haken
didn’t kill Libby but he brought her back to life. Lisa could not stand of what
Dr. Haken had done. Although he had brought Libby back to life, but she was
getting worse and she thought she need to put an end to those experiments. Lisa
backed to the Laboratory and took the serum which would be injected to Libby.
But she heard someone was coming there so she should get to hide.
Dr. Haken was really angry when he found Libby’s last shot was lost. “I swear,
if that girl is playing another of her tricks, it’ll be the last time!”
Dr. Haken then noticed Libby’s last serum was in Lisa’s hand and
Dr. Haken warned her to give him the syringe. Lisa run away from the Laboratory
to the food locker in Food Storage. She used an electrical device to
preclude Dr. Haken to catch her. He used a puddle of water and an
electricity box to trap him. Dr. Haken was coming but he could not catch her
because he got electrocuted by the water and electricity box.
Lisa opened the ventilation in the left side of the food locker
and it gave her to escape from the place. Lisa thought she just had to crawl
through until she found a way out. Lisa fallen to another weird place of the
house but it took her to Libby.
Libby was sitting there calmly but she told Lisa to get out of
there because Nate really didn’t like strangers. Lisa asked Libby to quick
followed her because they need to get out of there.
Lisa heard Dr. Haken was not too far to catch her so she tried to
slow him down by barricading the door using a mop and some rope to block it.
Lisa told Libby they should get out of there soon because Dr. Haken was behind
the door but Libby instead untied the rope to open the door and let Dr. Haken
in. Libby said she could not leave without her treatment and she hug Dr. Haken
softly. Even Dr. Haken looked looked loving Libby so much and Libby stated Lisa
didn’t understand.
Dr. Haken forced Lisa to give him the syringe but she throw it
till be broken. Lisa was running because of Dr. Haken’s angry face.
She entered a corridor to an elevator and blocked the door on the
left with two racks first so it could slow Dr. Haken down. The elevator was
damaged so Lisa should find a screwdriver to open the elevator panel. She
saw Dr. Haken forced to open the door and she hide in a rush. When Dr. Haken
could not find where Lisa was, she pushed him from his back till he fell. She
could open the elevator but the elevator was not in operational mode. Dr. Haken
dropped his key card and Lisa used it to set the elevator to operational mode
and get it to come down.
Lisa entered the elevator but Dr. Haken caught her foot with his
hook but is was too late for him because Lisa could escape from him.
Lisa backed to the twins’ room to safe Maggie. “It’s all over,
Maggie. “Nate” can’t hurt you anymore”. Said Lisa to Maggie. Lisa walked
downstairs to get police for help and asked Maggie to come with her. But,
suddenly Maggie pushed her down.
When Lisa waked up, she found herself was tied on a surgery table.
Maggie came and Lisa asked her to untie her. With her weird face, Maggie
replied, “Untie you? But you still need to rest. Don’t worry. I saved you” and
she was holding a syringe like Libby’s last serum.
Maggie gave Lisa a mirror and she could see she had a rare disease
skin condition like Libby had.
What???
Is it possible??? Maggie was the real psycho???

And this is Dr. Haken’s journal that will reveal the fact behind
the whole incidents from Campfire Legend: The Hookman.
Dr. Haken loved his daughter so much but surely he did it in a very wrong way T.T
“I swear, if that girl is playing another of her tricks, it’ll be the last time!” So, "that girl" was Maggie, right?
