Her mom was crying while told Rana to study harder in order to raise her family dignity. And Rana kept her promise to her parents.

Her ambitions in the world of education made her too drawn in books and libraries. From one study to another. From one article to another article. The result was clear, she could finish her post-graduate on time. Her writings frequently appeared in the newspaper. Many her articles published in prestigious scientific journals at domestic and foreign. She often being trusted by the college in national and international symposiums. She was also awarded as role model lecturer for the region Central Java Kopertais. And her best achievement was she was called to receive an international award at Tsinghua University in China.

Immersed in her achievements made Rana forgot her nature which was born as a woman; married and having children. Insistence from her parents had repeatedly come to her. Ranging from the subtle to the blatantly told her that they did not need any more awards. What they need was to have grandchildren from Rana, their only daughter. They even started ignoring Rana with indifference upon her accapt of international awards in China.

The high achievement Rana got could not hide the fact that she was getting older, but not married yet. It was quite a lot of men who proposed her. But not one that she received. She expressed a variety of reasons. Ranging from wanting to focus on her post-graduate, a man who did not fit her criteria, until the man she considered his job would not guarantee a bright future.

Rana finally realized it was the time for her to build a new home. But it was very difficult for her to immediately fulfill it. Because of her high education but the age was not young (34 years old), of course not many men who could meet her standard. If any man with the same level of hers, of course, would choose a younger woman.

It's getting worse because her parents who wanted their only daughter got married, absurdly happy when they got a proposal from the Dean on campus Rana teaching. Especially the Dean promised the Hajj to Rana's parents. They, especially the father had to swallow disappointment for the umpteenth time since the daughter still refused the proposal came to her. Rina's reasons were obvious this time, the Dean was a lecherous man who likes playing with girls.

Rana's rejection of the Dean's proposal turned out very bad impact on her career. At the suggestion of one of her friends, Rana eventually resigned from the college where she taught before the Dean launched the action; fired Rana with no disciplinary reasons.

Rana's surrender. She no longer wanted to determine standard for a man who she would marry. She just hoped to find a husband who could be a kind Imam for their future family life. On the advice of a Kyai, Rina agreed to marry a seller crackers, whose education was inversely 180 degrees compared with her. He was a widower with one child. All the wedding preparations had been prepared. Rana liked to announce to the world, in her heart, that she was no different from other women. She could also get married. Her parents liked to be the happiest parents in the world.

But the fact that happiness was still not allowed to be owned by Rana. Her fiance died from getting hit by a train in the night before their marriage ceremony to be held in the tomorrow morning. The unfortunate could not be denied, no fortunate could be achieved. Her father was very shocked for his prospective son's death, died of a heart attack. Rana could not bear the sorrow and had rushed to the hospital. It seemed she wanted just to die.

Rana trying to survive. However she lamented the sorrow, it would not turn the time back. But the the light of happiness began to appear. A woman who was the mother of her student came to propose her. Rina worried and tried to explain that she and the woman's son was limited to lecturer and student. The student's mother convinced Rina that she really meant it. Rina agreed to the term they should be married that night because of the trauma she had. And in the same night, the marriage ceremony was held. Rina eventually married a man who was once her student, 4 years younger than her. The man who would be a kind Imam for their marriage life.

Personal comment:
It's really an establish soul story. Zahrana shows one example of carrying high educational achievement grasp any woman, it would be no perfect if she was not married and had children. Not because women are inferior to men and men can go around in women. But it is the nature, women are led and men lead. Do not forget that there is a great woman behind the man's successful . If there is a woman who considers having children is a choice that she could refuse on the grounds of human rights; she has the right to determine what she wants and does not want to do, whether she can have that such thoughts if before her mother conceived her, decided to better did not have children.
